We have restored many Volkswagen campers, splitscreens, panel vans, Beetles, Karmanns and type 3's in the past, mainly show standard projects.
At Frankie's Auto Paintwork we are very VW orientated, it just so happens we are all VW owners, although we are more than happy to work on any other make classic or latest model cars.
We have the facilities to carry out all aspects of restoration / repair work.
Whether it be a full strip down/panel replacement resto or just a freshen up for your Volkswagen Beetle/camper van or Karmann Ghia, we would love to give your pride and joy a new make over.
Show standard paintwork is our speciality and our team pride themselves on their work.
We are happy to undertake any type of paintwork from custom paint finishes, pearl effect, candy colours, metal flake to satin/matt finishes or discuss any other suggestions you may have.
Using our brand new spraybooth / oven and the latest infra red paint curing system, ensures all finishes are of the highest standard, we also use an up to date water based paint system which gives us the ability to match and mix virtually any colour or shade, helping to bring your classic back to life.
Collection of your classic car / van, if it is a non runner or project is no problem with the use of our Landrover and car transporter trailer. A covered motor shuttle trailer is also available should you need it.
As restoration work can sometimes be a costly and long term affair we can offer a stage payment/work scheme for your vehicle, spreading the cost and making your project easier to manage.
